Review Requirements, Design, and Code
Our QA team reviews the requirement, code and design thoroughly to get an in depth knowledge of the product, to get familiar with the architecture of the design, system and its platform.
Create Test Plan, Test Case and Test Scripts
Test plan describes the purpose and scope of the test, requirements for test, test strategies and resources used. Test cases include inputs, condition, and outputs, and the actual result will be compared with the expected result of the output. RDS uses Mercury Interactive’s TSL (Test Scripting Language) and Segue’s 4 Test to write test script.

Provide Automated and Manual Testing
In addition to manual testing, RDS uses automated testing tools to perform Functional, Load, and Regression Testing. RDS has professionals with years of experience in WinRunner LoadRunner and SilkTest. Automated testing reduces time to run the full suite that would take longer if done manually. Also there is less chance to deliver a defective product to the client.
Manage Defect
With our customized RDS Defect Tracking Tools we keep record of our bugs and issues and maintain them efficiently. Client, Developers and Test team can report bugs. Manager can assign it to appropriate developer according to the severity, priority and type of problem. Everyone in the team can get status, notification and report of the defect. In addition we use PVCS Tracker, ClearQuest, Test Director and Remedy to track defects based on client requirements.
Analyze Test Result
We will provide Test Result Analysis report, which will include test result, test logs, and progress or lack.
